A Winter Solstice: Sound Healing ft. Brad & Michael of Annie in the Water

Brad Hester and Michael Lashomb of Annie in the Water will be performing a Sound Healing session, an offering that blends guided meditation, sound bath and musical performance. This experience is a new type of offering which is immersive and healing which has had success at yoga studios and retreat centers all over the Northeast. During the session, you will be guided into a relaxed and rested state to allow for healing and restoration during the transformative Winter Solstice. At the end of the session, participants will be treated to a brief live performance to conclude the session. It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Our intention is to create a container that is healing and invigorating for all participants as we collectively set our intentions moving into the depths of Winter and bring in the New Year. The People’s Band (featuring Joshua West, Chris Meier and Matt Richards) will be performing from 6pm-9pm for the Official Winter Solstice Sound Healing After Party.“
