Girl Love is the folk project of Laura Beth Johnson, an award winning poet, vocalist and songwriter based in Albany, New York. She is known for her dark blend of story and soul. This evening’s trio includes Hannah LeGrand on Violin, bass, and vocals and Marc LeGrand on guitar. Their classical and jazz backgrounds come together with Johnson’s folk style in an Americana fusion.

Girl Love boasts haunting melodies and meandering storytelling that brings audiences from around the country on a journey of self discovery.
