Labeled an “Alien of Extraordinary Ability” by the U.S. Government, Simon left his engineering career behind to immigrate from Australia to America. Simon spent the next decade of his life honing the techniques that would eventually win him the highest accolade in magic – engineering close-up miracles that focus on the craft, skill, and ingenuity of magic, while still leaving his audience overcome with wonder. Simon’s innovative approach has garnered numerous accolades, including the title of Close-Up Magician of the Year at the prestigious 2023 Magic Castle Awards and the Most Original Close-Up award at the Magic World Championships in 2012. Beyond his magical prowess, Simon is a versatile creator, having designed the #1 Kickstarter jigsaw puzzle of all time.

With a strong foundation in psychology and business strategy, Simon brings a unique perspective to his performances. His journey from a BA in Psychology and Mandarin, along with a B.Eng. in Software from Melbourne University, to his experience as an Accenture business strategy consultant, provides a unique and compelling foundation upon which his performances are built.
