New American Cuisine

New American Cuisine (NAC) is a five-piece indie group from Saratoga Springs. The bandmates got together in 2017 to play some songs at their high school pep rally, and they have been writing, recording, and performing music ever since. New American Cuisine ’s sound ranges from indie rock to folk because of their various influences, from the Beatles to the Lumineers. Their material features tasteful guitar, lush organ and piano, and catchy vocal harmonies backed by pensive percussion and bass. Following their well-received debut studio album, “NAC-I”, their first single “Lily of the Aztecs” gained the attention of fans with its catchy melodies and up-beat riffs. The band has continued to explore their sound with many self-produced home recording projects, including their sophomore album. Come enjoy the Cuisine!
