Louisiana’s slide guitar wizard Sonny Landreth and Austin’s sweetheart of the steel guitar Cindy Cashdollar reunite for an evening of electric, virtuosic, and tastefully delivered contemporary and traditional blues and roots music. Revered for his unique slide guitar technique, Sonny Landreth has led his own band for many years and collaborated with many legendary performers including John Hiatt, Jimmy Buffett, Mark Knopfler and Eric Clapton. Cindy Cashdollar’s expertise on both steel guitar and dobro can be heard on recordings by Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Rod Stewart and Ryan Adams and as a touring member of the iconic, Grammy-award winning western swing group Asleep At The Wheel, earning her the honor of being the first woman to be inducted into the Texas Steel Guitar Hall of Fame.
