The Music of Boston & Journey (Sock Out Cancer Benefit)

Sock Out Cancer® proudly presents a benefit concert with the Classic Rock Voices of Fran Cosmo, former lead vocalist for Boston and Steve Augeri, former lead vocalist for Journey. These two powerhouse performers will bring the audience to their feet with the many classic time-honored songs we have all come to know and enjoy, whether you know the lyrics to sing along, or want to dance, this concert will be electrifying from the moment they take the stage.

Fran Cosmo, former lead vocalist from Boston, one of the biggest bands for the 70s. The self-titled debut album sold more than 25 million copies worldwide, with hits such as “More Than A Feeling,” “Long Time,” “Rock & Roll Band,” “Something About You,” and “Don’t Look Back” to name a few.

Steve Augeri, former lead vocalist from Journey, once of the greatest classic rock bands of all time. Since 1975, they have produced 23 albums and 43 singles and an astonishing over 75 million worldwide in album sales. A sampling of the hit songs you will hear, “Don’t Stop Believin,” “Faithfully,” “Wheel in the Sky,” “Any Way you Want It,” “Who’s Crying Now” and many more.

Sock Out Cancer® is a nonprofit initiative that aids financially distressed families so they can put all their energy into fighting cancer. It is funded through donations, community-based fundraising efforts and the sale of its signature multi-colored socks, all of which also help raise public awareness of the financial challenges facing families fighting cancer.
