Please note we don’t do refunds for these events. That would be your responsibility to give or sell the tickets if you cannot attend . When purchased the seats were taken out of rotation and therefore other people cannot purchase them. And the performer has already paid to staff the event insurance and paid for your seat to the venue. If you choose to give the tickets away or sell them to another party we can certainly help you forward the tickets to a new person we would just need their first and last name and email

Helpfull Info: The Egg is on the campus of the New York State Capital. Due to this The Egg has no physical street address.

Parking – Visitors V-Lot: Located directly beneath the Egg and accessed through I-787 Empire State Plaza exit. Visitors may be required to show photo identification upon entry and all vehicles are subject to search by the State Police. This lot has designated accessible parking spaces. Mon-Fri is a flat $10 fee and weekends are a flat $5 fee

Directions: Google Maps provides you directions straight to our visitor parking! Just put in ‘The Egg’Note: Apple Maps DOES NOT take you to the visitor parking and is not recommended. You can download the google maps app on your apple phone.

From points South: Exit NYS Thruway at exit 23. Follow I-787 South and take the Empire Plaza Exit

From points North: Exit Northway at Exit 1. Follow I-90 East to I-787 North to Empire Plaza Exit.

From points West: Exit the NYS Thruway at Exit 23. Follow I-787 North to Empire Plaza Exit.

From points East: Exit I-90 at B-1 towards Albany. Cross the Hudson River and take I-787 South to the Empire Plaza exit.
