DESCRIPTION:An epic adaptation of Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite performed by a monolithic orchestra of tail lights.   \nThis is a guided\, immersive audiovisual art experience. Attendees will start on the Concourse (under The Egg) before they make their way up into the venue.  \nFIREBIRD is both an audio experience and an otherworldly light show. Inspired by Igor Stravinsky’s 1919 “Firebird Suite”\, a unique orchestra of over 600 recycled car lights unleashes a hypnotic choreography of light upon the audience to a pre-recorded composition. Together\, they bring the mythical firebird to life in an overwhelming visual and musical spectacle. \nCurrently touring the United States\, Touki Delphine\, by invitation\, scoured American car graveyards to create an XL\, transatlantic version of their iconic installation. FIREBIRD has already lit up the deserts of Utah\, the coast of California\,the skyline of New York City\, the hearts of Dartmouth University and Bentonville’s Momentous Festival. DESCRIPTION:Special Live Recording Session with Tommy Stinson. \n\n\n\n\nSinger\, songwriter\, sideman\, and frontman- Tommy Stinson has worn many hats over the course of his remarkable 40-year musical journey. A founding member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame-nominated band The Replacements\, Stinson began performing with the group at just 12 years old and remained a key part of its legendary 11-year run. After the band’s breakup\, he went on to lead his own critically acclaimed outfits\, Bash & Pop and Perfect. For more than a decade\, he also held down bass duties as Axl Rose’s right-hand man in Guns N’ Roses. \nIn 2017\, after a celebrated Replacements reunion\, Stinson revived Bash & Pop and released the widely praised Anything Could Happen on Fat Possum Records. Then in 2022\, he teamed up with veteran Philadelphia guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Chip Roberts to form Cowboys in the Campfire. Born out of the duo’s rootsy songwriting partnership—which had already shaped Stinson’s One Man Mutiny and Bash & Pop’s Anything Could Happen—the new project marked another creative evolution. Last year\, Cowboys in the Campfire released their debut LP\, Wronger\, further expanding Stinson’s ever-evolving musical legacy. Currently Stinson is working on a record with friends from all over the globe participating on new songs to be previewed at upcoming shows.
