All That Remains will also be making appearances at Welcome to Rockville on May 7 in Daytona Beach\, Florida\, and Sonic Temple on May 16 in Columbus\, Ohio. \nAll That Remains have built an unbreakable axis between pit-splitting metal and anthemic melodies. This signature balance has defined the platinum-certified band’s output since day one. It’s why the group have notched multiple Top 10 Active Rock Radio hits\, sold out shows worldwide\, and generated over half-a-billion streams. For as far as they’ve come\, they’ve never lost sight of the cold Massachusetts underground where the guys first cut their teeth\, preserving the same spirit without compromise. They’ve weathered the changing tides of a fickle business\, unspeakable tragedy\, and all manner of conflict only to come out stronger than ever on the other side. First song “Gold Digger’’ went viral on internet in 2012. Songs as ‘’Money’’ (2012) \,‘’Figgas Over Niggas’’ (2013) and ‘’Yo Lost’’ (2014) gained attention. In 2015 she broke the internet with her sexually charged anthems “Vagina” and “Deepthroat’’ and in February 2016 she released her first album entitled “Cum Cake”. \n“People were thinking\, ‘She’s so vulgar. She’s bold. We’re going to get a mixtape that’s nasty.’ And then they come to find out there are only three songs on the mixtape that are [explicit]\,” said CupcakKe for Columbus Alive about the album. “Cum Cake” gained attention of music publications such as Complex and Paper Magazine\, which premiered the single “Pedophile”\, where she details the story of being a minor who was involved in a relationship with an older man. \nIn June 2016\, CupcakKe announced her second album entitled “S.T.D” which was considered one of the Best Rap Album of 2016 by Rolling Stone Magazine. The same month\, The Fader Magazine commented about CupcakKe being one of the 21 rappers to feel excited about. SUMMARY:Sir Chloe (w/ Suzy Clue)
DESCRIPTION:Sir Chloe is the band Dana Foote formed during her senior year at Bennington College in Vermont\, where she put on a concert in lieu of a thesis. Originally comprised of guitarist and producer Teddy O’Mara\, Willy Giambalvo on drums and bassist Pixel West\, Sir Chloe now includes Dana’s brother Palmer Foote and Austin Holmes. Together\, they began to flesh out Dana’s songs\, developing a sound as much inspired by The Pixies as Stravinsky. \nFoote’s musical background is eclectic: she taught herself guitar using Mel Bay books before taking up the piano\, the mandolin\, the accordion and the harmonium. At Bennington\, she and O’Mara formally studied music theory and composition. She crosses her more traditional rock touchpoints with the intimate songwriting of contemporaries like St. Vincent\, Lianne La Havas and Andy Shauf. Her academic training shows itself\, too: she cites Igor Stravinsky\, Sofia Gubaidulina\, Claude Debussy and Béla Bartók among her influences.
